From U.S. Army Hawaii Public Affairs:
Below is the press release for the 2 July Independence Day Celebration at Schofield Barracks.
This is essential information for this Saturday's Independence Day Celebration on Schofield Barracks, which is open to the Public and FREE from 2-9 p.m.
COVID-19 Pre-screening Required for Entry
Per Department of the Army COVID protocols for areas of high transmission, all attendees (age 5 and up) to Saturday's Independence Day Celebration are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, or to have tested negative within 72 hours of the event.
For your convenience, U.S. Army Hawaii has developed a simple online screening tool for all attendees (or groups of up to 15 members of the same household) that will be made available 72 hours prior to the event. After answering the screening questions, individuals/groups are provided a green confirmation screen to be presented at the venue entry control points and is valid for the entire celebration event.
This screening process is simple and requires an attestation of vaccination or a negative test - no proof is required to be brought to the event.
Pre-screen yourself and your family 72 hours prior to the event at https://websites.dso.mil/sites/covid-clinic-screener or scan the QR code below.
